About us
Stonehouse Male Voice Choir was formed in 1936, in a local builder's yard, when two or three joiners began singing during their lunch break.

Repertoire
The Choir's repertoire is wide and varied ranging from classical, church music, music from the shows and light popular music. Our Director of Music caters for all tastes.
Rehearsals
We rehearse from 7:30pm to 9:30pm every Tuesday night in the Paterson UF church hall, Stonehouse, from September through to the end of April with a break for Christmas. The practice nights offer great comradeship, hard work and fun.
Concerts
The choir mainly performs at fund raising events for charities, churches, Guilds and clubs etc. throughout the Central belt of Scotland and we normally give about five or six concerts per season. In addition, we hold our own annual concert in the Paterson Church, usually held in March for two nights. We also regularly take part in the annual Festival of Male Voice Choirs concert in Hamilton in March and the Christian Aid Concert held in St. Ninian's at Christmas.
